Soltron / XbeeAbout the Xbee enzyme . . .

Professor Shinji Makino and his team of Japanese researchers discovered a natural enzyme that had particular effects on petroleum-derived fuels: gasoline, diesel, marine diesel oil, bunker and others.
They went on to develop the formula of this improving agent also called fuel additive that is now known by the name of Xbee.

The enzimatic Xbee biotechnology, sold on the other side of the Atlantic under the brand name of Soltron®, has been satisfying its users worldwide since 1995. Customers in a wide variety of industries have adopted the efficient treatment of fuel: public services and municipalities, railways, shipping-fishing-tugging-dredging vessels, agriculture, public buildings and works, road transport/hauling, passengers transport, etc.

The enzymes contained in Xbee act directly on the structure of the hydrocarbon molecules in the fuel and improves the oxygen absorption rate, making the process of combustion more complete and more efficient.

The organic composition of Xbee enables it to respect the mechanical parts of all kinds of engines (HDI, DCI, Common Rail, etc.) and to be compatible with all kinds of fuels: diesel, gasoline, marine diesel oil, bunker/heavy fuel oil, heating fuel, etc.
The elimination of water by Xbee minimizes the formation of non-organic sediments in fuel tanks.
Xbee also reduces the presence of asphaltenes which can cause fuel to deteriorate. The enzymes in Xbee are natural and powerful surfactants and dispersants. Harmful contaminants such as sediments, fungi and moulds are decomposed and no longer adhere to engine pipes and the sides of fuel tanks. The resulting microscopic particles are burnt, whilst larger contaminants are eliminated by filtering. The elimination of all contamination by microbes reduces corrosion on fuel tanks, pumps and injectors.

Xbee neutralizes and controls the formation of sulphur oxides during combustion, which reduces considerably the formation of sulphuric acid and thus its corrosive effect on engine parts. The enzymes in Xbee weaken the structure of the hydrocarbon molecules present in fuel to facilitate the reaction between the carbon and oxygen for a more complete combustion, thereby limiting the formation of residues and carbon particles.

Sometimes gums and resins can form in fuel during storage due to the oxidation of products present in the fuel. Xbee biotechnology enables the fuel to be stabilized, limiting the process of separation and oxidation as well as the deterioration of the fuel. In many cases, Xbee can also rejuvenate old fuel.
